Bay Care is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

This Medmax Credit Account Analyst opportunity is a full-time hybrid position requiring on-site work in Clearwater, FL, and work from home (Customer Service Rep/ on the phone all day with customers). This team member will be required to work onsite in Clearwater for 1 week every 8 weeks (rest of the time is remote). Team members must reside in Florida.

Responsibilities

The Medmax Credit Account Analyst is responsible for accurately entering data and updating Medmax Credit card holder's accounts, providing superior customer service while maintaining high standards of excellence mandated by Med Max Credit and Clients. The Medmax Credit Account Analyst has an understanding of all appropriate policies and procedures, a basic knowledge of The Credit Card Act, and provides follow‑up on the accounts that do not meet the Med Max Credit card guidelines.

The Medmax Credit Account Analyst must perform all duties in direct compliance with the FDIC Truth in Lending Act and Credit Card Act of 2009 and within client‑specific guidelines established by Med Max Credit.
