You're ready to move beyond support roles where success is measured in closed tickets. You want to build genuine connections with the families you serve—understand their needs ahead of time, recognize their achievements, and become a reliable ally in work that truly matters.
GT Anywhere is a virtual learning environment designed for gifted students prepared to advance at their own pace. We integrate AI-driven instruction with personalized coaching to deliver an experience that is academically challenging and authentically relational. This model only succeeds when parents feel genuinely supported, consistently informed, and treated as true collaborators—not entries in a support system.
In the role of Parent Success Partner, you will manage the parent experience end-to-end. Rather than waiting for issues to surface through a helpdesk, you will initiate contact, establish trust from the start, and maintain close enough relationships to identify concerns before they grow. You'll acknowledge achievements, support parents during uncertain moments, and convert solid relationships into lasting retention and referrals.
This position suits someone who values customer success that feels personal, anticipatory, and relationship-centered. If you've wanted your work to focus more on people and less on case volume, this role is your fit.
What You Will Be Doing- Addressing parent inquiries and concerns through email and chat with responsiveness, understanding, and precision
- Recognizing student achievements and growth through tailored, meaningful outreach
- Building connections among GT families to deepen community engagement and advocacy
- Collecting parent input and delivering actionable insights to leadership for program enhancement
- Developing, updating, and refining help documentation and knowledge base materials for parents
- Operating reactively from a ticket queue, waiting for problems to arrive
- Following scripts or depending on inflexible response templates
- Handling technical troubleshooting or resolving platform defects
- Working independently—you'll partner regularly with Academic Advisors and leadership
- Viewing families as metrics or tickets—each parent represents a meaningful relationship

- Proven capacity to compose clear, personable, and professional messages
