We are looking for Hybrid Call Center Representatives to join our growing teams in Bothell, WA and Sarasota, FL.

Essential Job Functions
  • Communicate via phone with people of all backgrounds and personalities
  • Make outbound calls (75+ per day)
  • Use software to record accounts and communicate with insurance companies
  • Negotiate and lead conversations to recover the highest balances for our clients
  • Coordinate with team members on accounts
  • Document accounts with proper notes to ensure quick communication
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Requirements
  • Training in‑office
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule (work from home and in‑office days) after meeting collector target metrics
  • Secure home office consisting of:
    • Dedicated high‑speed Internet (Cable, DSL, Fiber) with a hardwired connection (not Wi‑Fi)
    • Internet speed of 100 Mbps down, 10 Mbps up, and latency ≤100 ms
    • Dedicated, quiet space free from background noise and distractions (e.g., office space, extra bedroom)
    • Clear, professional backdrop
