A leading tax preparation service is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with Turbo Tax products. This remote position offers a pay rate of $24 per hour and flexible hours between 8am and midnight EST. You’ll help customers with questions ranging from basic navigation to tax inquiries. Continuous support will be provided, and no specific accounting background is needed.
A certification bonus of $405 is available for new hires. Minimum 25 hours per week required.
