What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide assistance to employees regarding product, order, and technical issues as the first point of contact
  • Handle first‑level escalations and follow through to resolution while collaborating with Regulatory on PSC Complaint responses
  • Supplement formal HR training with continuous on‑the‑job training for agents
  • Monitor and address internal problem orders by liaising with other departments
  • Identify and report emerging trends or gaps in training and communication to Supervisors
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • 1+ year of experience in an inbound call center environment, including sales, service, retention, or financial services
  • 6+ months of experience using a CRM system
  • 6+ months of experience handling escalated situations
  • Ability to adhere to attendance guidelines and travel as business needs dictate
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with escalated customer issues and problem resolution
  • Understanding of the telecommunications and/or cable industry
  • High‑level sales skills support
  • Problem‑solving skills focused on customer complaints and business office issues
  • Flexibility to work 1st/2nd shift hours and overtime as needed
