Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer to our client's customers. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and empathy.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Provide product and service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly.
• Identify and elevate priority issues to the appropriate team members.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency with customer service software and tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
