Bilingual Account Services Representative (Spanish/English) - Hybrid Position

We’re looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Account Services Representative to support IRA Smart customers with account questions, transaction requests, and 401(k) inquiries.

Pay: $21.45/hour

Hiring Bonus: $500 after 3 months of successful employment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10am-7pm (occasional overtime)

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers in both English and Spanish
• Provide complete account servicing for IRA Smart customers through the inbound channel
• Access and interpret information from multiple systems
• Talk with clients about the long-term impact of cashing out retirement accounts
• Serve as a liaison between clients and financial institutions for rollovers under $10K
• Respond to customer service emails
