As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, you help customers in German by phone and email. You listen carefully, think along, and solve questions about orders, deliveries or payments. Do
- Handle customer conversations in German. In your own way, without using scripts.
- Listen closely, ask the right questions, and find the best possible solution for the customer.
- Stay calm and professional when facing difficult questions or resistance.
- Help customers flexibly from your own workspace. Monday to Saturday, between 08:00 and 23:59.
- A salary of € 14,71 per hour.
- Up to € 45,- net per month for fast internet and your daily cup of coffee.
- 8% holiday pay, pension contribution, and 29 vacation days (based on a full-time contract).
