Position: Remote Customer Service Representative (Michigan residents)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, chats, and emails
  • Accurately record details of customer interactions and manage cases from initiation to resolution
  • Research customer requests and provide timely solutions with a positive attitude
  • Maintain effective communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Navigate computer systems to assist customers effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):

  • Typing skills of at least 25 words per minute

  • Availability to work flexible shifts within the call center’s operational hours
