• Expedite the customer service claims application process by assigning claims to appropriate handlers
• Accurately enter verbal and written application information into the claims management system
• Communicate with customers regarding required documentation, time frames, and claim status
• Maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team
• Perform other assigned duties to support the organization's quality programs

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of one (1) year of clerical or customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment

• Experience working in a call center environment
• Familiarity with working from home and utilizing multiple systems simultaneously
• Comfort with handling work-related stress and meeting deadlines
