Remote Insurance Service Specialist (Beginning-of-Day Focus)

Full-Time | Fully Remote | State Farm Experience Required

We are hiring a highly organized, detail-oriented Remote Service Specialist to manage beginning-of-day service workflows for a multi-office high-performing State Farm agency.

This is not an entry‑level role. We are looking for someone who already understands State Farm systems, underwriting follow‑ups, service processes, and internal workflows.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Underwriting follow-ups and task management
  • Outstanding forms and signature collection
  • Mileage verification requests
  • Policy change follow-ups
  • Missing documentation tracking
  • Endorsement and service request processing
  • Managing system tasks and suspense items
  • Ensuring compliance and clean files
  • Communicating professionally with customers regarding needed information
  • Keeping producers informed of pending issues
Required Experience
  • Prior experience working for a State Farm Agent (required)
  • Working knowledge of State Farm systems (ECRM, policy processing, UW follow‑up workflows, etc.)
  • Ability to manage high task volume independently
