Path2 is delighted to be working with a fantastic nationally recognised company seeking inbound call centre agents who are based in the Sunderland area to join their expanding operation.
- This is a work from home vacancy with no travel to the office required and all equipment will be provided including a laptop*.
Inbound call centre agents are a vital part of our team and day‑day duties will include answering inbound calls dealing with customer queries in a polite and professional manner, logging calls on internal system, booking, rescheduling and logging cancellations and escalating any complaints to the correct department.

Pay rates: £25,396 per annum
Shifts: 40 hours per week Monday Friday between 8am 8pm
