Computershare’s National Campaigns Unit is seeking motivated customer service professionals to help shareholders during Spring Proxy Season, a critical time when investors vote on major corporate decisions such as board elections, executive compensation, mergers, and more.

What You’ll Do
  • Assist shareholders with voting questions and guide them through online, phone, or mail processes
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and clarity
  • Provide information on ballot items (board elections, mergers, executive compensation, etc.)
  • Support annual meetings by helping with registration, vote tabulation, and reporting
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a contact center
  • Outbound call experience within the last 24 months
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow scripts verbatim
  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining professionalism
