Key Responsibilities- Provide benefit enrollment materials and determine client eligibility
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients who request information
- Manage incoming customer service calls with professionalism
- Direct and dispatch phone inquiries to the appropriate departments
- Return customer calls promptly and maintain strong communication
- Assist clients in understanding coverage options and advocate for their best interests
- Create and explain personalized benefit plans using our Needs Analysis tools
- Work closely with leadership to stay updated on new products, services, and company guidelines
