[Customer Service Rep / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $36.27-hr / Strong Benefits - As a Customer Care Specialist, you will: respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat; provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers and understanding their needs; document all interactions accurately in the customer database;
