• Actively handle inbound calls and emails during high-volume periods while leading the team
• Manage task delegation and monitor real-time call volume to ensure operational efficiency
• Audit hotel billing and maintain accurate data across internal systems

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Leadership experience in a high-volume call center environment with a minimum of four (4) years of claims processing or related business experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a personable communication style
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment
