What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Establish and maintain superior customer service to policyholders, agents, and marketing centers

Conduct detailed initial telephone interviews with claimants to gather necessary information

Create a white‑glove customer experience for claimants throughout the claims process

Manage ongoing claims by requesting medical and financial documentation as required

Document claims accurately to ensure a comprehensive record of events

What is Required (Qualifications):

University degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience

Fully bilingual in French and English to support clients from various jurisdictions

Knowledge and experience in adjudication processes

Strong customer service orientation with effective negotiation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities in both languages
