• Process incoming customer estimating requests across multiple brands accurately and promptly
• Complete pricing estimates, order coordination, and conversions for hollow metal customers
• Review and verify order specifications to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with customers to resolve issues related to estimating requests, order conflicts, and shipping delays
• Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate accurate account handling and resolve customer issues

• 4+ years of related industry/service experience and/or training preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Working knowledge of PC-based software applications (Microsoft Office)
• Proficient at reading job specifications and hardware schedules
• Ability to analyze problems and make decisions quickly

• Associate's degree or equivalent years of industry experience
• Advanced knowledge of complex products and features for multiple brands
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional, collaborative team setting
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives in estimating services
