Overnight Call Center Coordinator

Waldinger has an opportunity for a qualified Overnight Call Center Coordinator in Des Moines. This is a remote position with hours Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 7:00 pm – 6:00 am.

Acts as a first escalation point for clients by answering service calls and inquiries. Provides assistance in a friendly and professional manner and dispatches service technicians to meet client requirements.

• Client Service:
  Answer all incoming telephone calls, maintain good client relations, and provide clear communication to all external and internal clients. Ensure all work orders entered have all relevant information.
• Emailed Work Orders:
  Enter emails received in the inbox, upload all emailed work orders into the system, and forward all updates to the appropriate party so that all necessary parties can schedule and make changes accordingly.
• Dispatching:
  Coordinate with technicians and branch personnel to schedule work and manpower after hours and on all holidays. Dispatch the appropriate technician to the appropriate service call. Update the dispatch board continuously and maintain the call schedule according to order of importance, considering the location of both the service site and the available technicians. Ensure the unassigned grid is clear at the end of the assigned time.

• Previous coordinating and dispatching or inbound call center experience preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED.
