Our Mississauga client is an international distribution solutions company, and they are actively seeking a new bilingual customer service rep to join their team!
This position features:
• Full Benefits
• 3 weeks vacation
• 1 day work from home
Salary: $46,000- $51,000
Hours:
9am-5pm Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
• Report to Customer Relations Manager
• Track and trace orders
• Answer client/customer calls
• Respond to phone calls and emails from customers to arrange pickups
• Provide excellent customer service to client accounts
• Data entry into the CRM system
• Respond to any inquiries from customers
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience within logistics doing customer service & dealing with client accounts
• Team player
• Ability to handle pressure/deal with irate customers
• Empathetic
• Excellent communication skills
• Multitasking skills & ability to prioritize tasks
• Computer Savvy- email/CRM/internal tracking websites
• Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese, or French and English
