• Provide inbound customer support focused on energy efficiency and utility programs
• Schedule visits, enroll customers, and educate them on program offerings
• Navigate multiple platforms to address customer inquiries and tech support requests
• Utilize various support scripts and respond to chat/email interactions as needed
• Monitor personal performance data and progress in real time

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer‑facing environment
• Ability to type 35+ words per minute
• Strong attendance and punctuality record
• Ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment

• Experience in an inbound/outbound sales call center environment
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive, helpful attitude
