Position: Project Estimator - Looking for Energetic & Self-Motivated Individuals

Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for obtaining opportunities for work, providing estimates for ACM’s services, maintaining client relationships, and data entry, amongst other related tasks. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Utilize the ACM Bid Templates (Excel) to create estimates for ACM’s services.
  • Send estimates (in PDF format) to customers directly via email.
  • Maintain complete and accurate information in the CRM for each of your assigned projects.
  • Track all correspondence & sent files between yourself & customers in the CRM.
  • Attend weekly Estimating & Admin meetings.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients assigned to you via phone call & email.
  • Solicit work from existing clients assigned to you.
  • Search for potential project leads.
  • Participate in “Pre-Con” meetings as a consultant to other admin personnel as needed.
  • Schedule site walks between customers & project/account supervisors as needed.
  • Request quotes from subcontractors as needed.
  • Schedule services between customers & subcontractors as needed.
  • Remain aware of current State, Federal, & Union prevailing wage rates.
  • Maintain an organized personal folder in the company Dropbox.

Schedule
  • Shift Length: 2-4 hours a day
  • Work Schedule:

    Monday – Friday during the operational hours of 8am to 4:30pm (PST)
  • Overtime is not permitted.
  • You will be required to clock in when working & clock out for ½ hour lunch each shift over 5 hours.

This is a remote position.
