Lighthouse Case Coordinator

• Maintain the Lighthouse Queue and the Lighthouse Tracker spreadsheet, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data
• Prepare Lab Rx scripts for cases in Lighthouse Queue to be printed, sorting based on print material batching
• Enter all cases from the Lighthouse Portal into the Lighthouse Case Tracker spreadsheet
• Manage customer inquiries regarding case tracking, delivery dates, and additional questions through various customer service channels
• Instruct office team members on 3
  
  Shape Communication and Lab Rx protocols as needed

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
• Desire to exceed customer service expectations
• Data entry experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and detail-oriented

• Experience in a role involving customer service support via phone, live chat, or ticketing systems
• Familiarity with 3D printing technology or digital prosthetics
