• Collect on low-risk accounts to minimize the bank’s delinquency rate
• Assist customers in understanding their financial situation and provide guidance to limit loss
• Negotiate repayment options and offer applicable solutions to customers
• Handle incoming and outgoing calls to customers with current and past due accounts
• Maintain proper documentation and account maintenance while ensuring quality assurance and productivity

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• General understanding of collection management software
• Excellent customer service skills with a high degree of confidentiality
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

• Collections experience preferred
• Familiarity with inbound/outbound/blended dialing environments
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail
