What You’ll Do- Professionally handle incoming calls from individuals ready to donate.
- Communicate clearly, share mission info, and process donations securely.
- High school diploma/equivalent.
- Call center experience (6 months virtual or 1 year in person).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, detail-oriented, team player.
- Own Windows 11 PC, USB headset, wired internet.
- Able to pass background check to earn $17.99/hour.
- $12–$15/hour initially, rising to $17.99/hour post-qualification.
