In this role, you will manage customer conversations, online reputation, and community engagement across platforms while turning feedback into actionable insights that improve both the product and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews and customer feedback within 24 hours
- Engage with customers across Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok
- Build and moderate communities on Reddit, Discord, and niche health forums
- Handle escalated customer conversations via phone and email
- Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, Regulatory, and Clinical teams
- Experience in community management, customer advocacy, or reputation management
- Strong written communication and empathy when handling customer concerns
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to manage sensitive conversations in a regulated health environment
