In this role, you will manage customer conversations, online reputation, and community engagement across platforms while turning feedback into actionable insights that improve both the product and customer experience.

• Manage and respond to Trustpilot reviews and customer feedback within 24 hours
• Engage with customers across Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok
• Build and moderate communities on Reddit, Discord, and niche health forums
• Handle escalated customer conversations via phone and email
• Identify trends in customer feedback and share insights with internal teams
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, Regulatory, and Clinical teams

• Experience in community management, customer advocacy, or reputation management
• Strong written communication and empathy when handling customer concerns
• Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
• Ability to manage sensitive conversations in a regulated health environment
