Bilingual Senior Claim Analyst

• Establish and maintain superior customer service to policyholders, agents, and marketing centers
• Conduct detailed initial telephone interviews with claimants to gather necessary information
• Create a white‑glove customer experience for claimants throughout the claims process
• Manage ongoing claims by requesting medical and financial documentation as required
• Document claims accurately to ensure a comprehensive record of events

• University degree in any discipline or equivalent work experience
• Fully bilingual in French and English to support clients from various jurisdictions
• Knowledge and experience in adjudication processes
• Strong customer service orientation with effective negotiation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities in both languages

• Continuous improvement mindset
• Proven ability to make decisions and handle pressure effectively
• Ability to thrive in a high‑energy culture
• Working knowledge of government legislation, the Insurance Act, and/or Quebec Civil Code is an asset
