Salary: $19–$21 per hour

Licensed Property & Casualty Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

As a
Licensed Customer Service Representative – P&C, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for insured members, providing high-quality inbound service while protecting and strengthening client relationships.

You’ll handle routine inquiries, process policy updates, resolve billing and coverage questions, and ensure accurate documentation within insurance provider systems and workflows. At the same time, you’ll identify coverage gaps, uncover growth opportunities, and proactively schedule referrals to internal licensed specialists; directly contributing to retention, cross‑sell success, and long‑term member loyalty.

All responsibilities are performed within established quality, compliance, and performance standards.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound insurance calls
  • Deliver exceptional service and aim for
    first-call resolution
  • Assist customers with:
  • Billing questions and payments (PCI compliant)
  • and policy documents
  • Endorsements (address, vehicle, and driver changes)
  • Reinstatements and procedural cancellations
  • Schedule account reviews for the inside sales team
  • Accurately document all interactions within insurance provider systems
  • Identify coverage gaps and growth opportunities
  • Proactively refer members to internal licensed specialists
What You Bring
  • Active
    Property & Casualty insurance license in Minnesota
  • Minimum2 years of customer service experience
    in a professional environment
  • Prior insurance agency or contact center experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems in a fast‑paced environment
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and internet‑based applications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
