What You Will Do:
We are offering the position as a work‑from‑home Member Support Associate. Working in a call‑center environment, the Member Support Associate is multi‑skilled and responsible for receiving inbound telephone inquiries and concerns from our Members and resolving various issues. This role involves navigating through numerous systems to facilitate the resolution of Member requests. All Support Associates are expected to provide exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding all internal quality standards and KPI's.
You will need a hard‑wired, high‑speed internet connection to work from home and a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace or office. We provide the required technical equipment.
Shifts range from Monday to Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Scheduling is based on seniority, with a shift‑bid system that includes scheduling associates to work one in every three weekends.
This position begins with paid training. Day one is a virtual scheduled session to ensure your equipment is set up and working. Day two is a full day of training onsite in‑person orientation class at our CAA/CCG head office. (If you are located in SCO this location is 60 Commerce Valley Dr.
E. Thornhill. If you are located in Manitoba this location is 870 Empress St. Winnipeg). Day three of training starts a six‑week schedule of virtual classroom training from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. EST Monday to Friday. You must be available to attend all scheduled training—time off is not available during the training period.
Please note, salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.

- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong problem‑solving skills

- Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
- Genuine empathetic communication style
- Ability to adjust working shift with 24‑hour notice
- Ability to adapt to a changing work environment
