Job Description
- Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient customer service when processing orders and answering questions from inbound dealer and inside sales.
- First point of customer contact for general inquiries such as product knowledge, pricing, order placement, return and shipping questions.
- Answer inbound calls from retailers. Duties include order and return entry, product availability, order status. Additional follow‑up work may occur via email or phone.
- Responsible to meet Five9 KPIs and provide quality customer service consistently.
- Process claims and shipments for retail accounts.
- Use basic Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and One Note.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience answering questions from clients versus end customers.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. This is a fully remote position.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 – $20.00/hr.
