Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms.

Research and coordinate travel arrangements including air, hotel, transportation, cruises, and packaged travel.

Process booking changes, cancellations, and special requests accurately.

Provide up-to-date information on travel documentation and destination requirements.

Maintain accurate client records and itineraries.

Follow up with clients to confirm travel details and ensure satisfaction.

Resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Proficiency with web-based systems and ability to learn booking platforms quickly.
