• Provide timely support for billing-related inquiries regarding the employer's Home Health, Hospice, and Private Duty Care application
• Diagnose and resolve financial or billing issues through effective communication
• Troubleshoot non-standard customer issues and document resolutions
• Track and monitor inbound support requests to ensure effective customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the employer's products and any relevant changes

• Home health or hospice billing experience is required
• Technical proficiency with computers and software applications in a support environment
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on financial workflows
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with minimal supervision

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience with the employer's software platform is preferred
• A positive, growth-oriented attitude and willingness to learn and adapt
