Position:
Customer Service Representative
We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent remote position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (U.S.
-compatible time zones required).

Daily Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates
- Assist customers with order placement and modifications
- Coordinate artwork approvals and order confirmations
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently
- Maintain accurate records in CRM software
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Stay informed about products, promotions, and company processes
Required Education & Experience
- Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus but not required
- Minimum two years of customer service experience
- Associate degree or higher preferred
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail (include the answer to 3+3+3 in your application)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Competent typing skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
