Position:
Customer Service Representative

We are seeking dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team. This is a permanent remote position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (U.S.

-compatible time zones required).

Requirements

Daily Duties & Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product information, pricing, and order status updates
  • Assist customers with order placement and modifications
  • Coordinate artwork approvals and order confirmations
  • Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM software
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Stay informed about products, promotions, and company processes

Required Education & Experience

  • Experience in the Promotional Products industry is a plus but not required
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience
  • Associate degree or higher preferred

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong attention to detail (include the answer to 3+3+3 in your application)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Competent typing skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
