What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide office communications support by answering calls, forwarding messages, and confirming customer work orders
  • Interact with customers daily to address appointments, service issues, billing inquiries, etc.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and courtesy calls
  • Track customer information and maintain records in the Customer Relationship Management System
  • Schedule and delegate work orders to field staff, updating and monitoring schedules as needed
  • Execute daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including billing, receivables, and payables
  • Manage office supplies and address office-related malfunctions or requests
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • College degree preferred or equivalent business experience
  • 3+ years of experience in the service industry, with a focus on back‑office activities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Quick Books
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time‑management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking and attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Knowledge of the swimming pool industry
  • Experience with customer relationship software, such as Salesforce or Hub Spot
