Hours:
6p-2a HST - As a Call Center Specialist, you will:
Answer incoming calls from clients seeking information about pet hospice services;
Provide compassionate and knowledgeable support to pet owners during difficult times;
Schedule appointments and manage client records in a timely and accurate manner;
Update and maintain databases to ensure accurate information is available to all team members;
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery;
Conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or questions they may have;
