  • Answer help desk questions and provide support
  • Maintain availability standards, schedule adherence, and attendance guidelines
  • Update records and note systems as required
  • Deliver timely, accurate customer service to ensure satisfaction
Candidate Requirements

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Experience:

  • 0–2 years of customer service experience (preferred)

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage high call volumes and maintain professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
