We are looking for a results-driven Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat who can deliver world-class written support while identifying revenue opportunities through upselling, cross‑selling, and retention.
This is a fully remote, non‑voice position focused entirely on professional written communication. If you enjoy solving customer concerns and naturally identifying sales opportunities within conversations, this role is for you.

- At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Inside Sales (SaaS or E‑commerce preferred).
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Hub Spot or Salesforce.
- Experience with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar systems.
- Strong KPI‑driven mindset focused on service quality and revenue growth.
- Understanding of e‑commerce operations and online customer experience.
