Are you a quick learner with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences? We’re seeking dedicated Customer Service Advisors to support one of our clients during one of their busiest seasons.

• Communicate with customers across email and phone channels, offering friendly, professional, and efficient service.
• Solve problems proactively, ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Self‑motivated individuals who excel under pressure.
• Quick learners with a keen eye for detail and a positive attitude.
• Team players who can multitask independently but know when to ask for support.
• Previous customer service is required.

• Pay: £14.80 or £13.45 per hour (Living Wage, location-based)
• Shifts:
  
  Allocated on a rota, including weekends, from 9am–6pm (one‑hour unpaid lunch break).
• Remote Work:
  Requires a reliable internet connection (minimum 20MB), a personal computer, and headphones with a microphone.
• Training:
  Online self‑service resources, including video tutorials and process guides, provided during the temporary period.
