• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3–5 years of directly related experience
• 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
• Proven track record of executing operational responsibilities and completing projects
• Ability to establish effective working relationships at the departmental level

• Experience in a call center or service‑related environment
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to adapt responses based on customer needs
• Familiarity with computerized systems for tracking and troubleshooting
