A company is looking for a Safety Alert Specialist to ensure the safety and smooth operation of rides.
Key Responsibilities Monitor a high-priority alert queue and handle outbound calls and SMS related to safety issues Document safety incidents accurately and maintain adherence to company policies Act as a mentor to less experienced specialists and assist with support volume as needed
Required Qualifications Strong decision-making skills and ability to determine appropriate next steps based on incomplete information Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations while staying organized and focused Experience using CRM software, preferably Zendesk, for logging communications Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Natural self-starter with a proactive approach in a remote work environment
