Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for Enrollment Experience processes, guiding teams and stakeholders Provide expert support on complex enrollment scenarios and collaborate across departments to resolve issues Lead training and coaching for new hires and frontline staff to promote skill development and technology adoption
Required Qualifications Experience in application or enrollment support in a high-volume customer-facing environment Proficiency with Windows, MS Suite, and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce Ability to work remotely with adherence to home office policies Strong analytical and reasoning skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity Flexible to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
