Position: Operations Supervisor (Remote, 9am-6pm PST)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Supervise day-to-day operational activities of a team in a customer- facing application support environment
  • Conduct employee performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback in collaboration with management
  • Make hiring recommendations and assist with personnel management and goal setting
  • Provide regular status updates and reports to management
  • Act as a liaison with other departments to resolve customer problems and inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of directly related experience in a similar field
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in a lead or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of executing operational responsibilities and completing projects
  • Ability to establish effective working relationships at the departmental level

  • Experience in managing customer inquiries and service requests
  • Familiarity with compliance and quality assurance processes
  • Strong analytical skills for problem‑solving in non‑routine situations
  • Excellent listening skills and ability to provide reliable information
