• Provide phone coverage for incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring calls are directed to the appropriate staff members
• Resolve customer service issues and pharmacy network problems to ensure client satisfaction
• Assist with on-site client orientation, health fairs, and business conferences
• Perform office duties such as copying, collating, mailings, filing, and credit card processing
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions and transactions

• Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
• Minimum educational requirement:
  High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional phone and listening skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant computer applications

• 0-2 years of experience in a customer service role within a healthcare-related service
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems
• Experience in a fast-paced office environment
• Bilingual skills to assist a diverse client base
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards
