• Provide remote customer support via phone, email, and chat for online inquiries and salon teams
• Assist with online orders, returns, and product questions while maintaining accurate customer records
• Troubleshoot order issues and coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations
• Support salon managers with booking adjustments, service policies, and escalated client concerns
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiency

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail, hospitality, beauty, or e-commerce
• Experience with e-commerce platforms, with Shopify being an asset
• Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle high inquiry volumes efficiently
• Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and experience with CRM or ticketing platforms

• Passion for the beauty, haircare, skincare, or wellness industry
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Familiarity with Gorgias, Adobe, LS Retail, Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, and Canada Post claims portal
