100% Remote after 1 day onsite training - $250 monthly stipend towards Wi‑Fi & work technology/equipment.

Job Title:

Customer Service Associate
Pay: $20/hr (plus $1/hr raise after conversion)

Location:

Tigard, OR (candidate based in Vancouver, WA)

Start Date:

3/17

Schedule:

5‑day shifts, Monday–Sunday, 8‑hour shifts, any time between 6 am–11 pm. One day of onsite training, the rest of the 3‑week training remote. 5‑month contract to hire.

Key Responsibilities
  • Player Experience Agent (PXA):
    • Answer multiple player requests through phone, chat, and email.
    • Manage various interactions simultaneously while delivering exceptional service.
    • Explain regulations, policies, and procedures to players.
    • Utilize resources to resolve player issues.
    • Maintain a clear understanding of gambling laws, regulations, and compliance.
    • Verify player and account data following company procedures.
    • Make outbound player contact for follow‑ups.
    • Research and resolve failed deposits, GEO location failures, and returned checks.
    • Process Pay With My Bank authorizations.
    • Navigating Splunk data accurately.
    • Review, verify, and approve player changes submitted by other PXAs.
  • Racing Operator:
    • Monitor multiple horse races across different time zones.
    • Ensure accurate recording of start/end times and winners.
    • Build and audit pools and race card data.
    • Identify and address incidents during races.
    • Monitor betting systems and delay payouts when necessary.
    • Use critical analysis skills to check for problems within races.
    • Navigate various CTV and OTT platforms comfortably.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency with online customer engagement platforms and channels.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Meet licensing requirements with regulatory agencies.
  • Genuine interest in sports and the betting industry.
  • Awareness of pool betting and Tote products is desirable.
