Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Financial Services Manager.

Job Summary The Remote Delivery Coordinator plays an integral role in achieving the highest levels of customer satisfaction during the sales process, for remote customers throughout Canada. The role of this position is to deliver vehicles, and ensure that when a customer receives their new purchase that they are 100% satisfied with the transaction and they become the last person to impact the customer experience.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills and is truly customer-focused. The Remote Delivery Coordinator works closely with the remote sales team. This position requires travel to various locations throughout Canada, and the candidate must be comfortable driving alone for extended periods. This is a casual position, working on a per need basis.

Qualifications

• Trustworthy, reliable and hardworking
• Valid driver's license and clean driver's record are required
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
• High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills
• Must be able to deliver vehicles throughout Canada, being away from Winnipeg for various amounts of time.
