The First Level Remote Support Executive serves as the first point of contact for customers, delivering timely and professional assistance for inquiries, concerns, and service requests. This role focuses on providing excellent customer service, accurate documentation, and effective issue resolution within defined service levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Listen attentively to customers to understand their concerns and provide appropriate solutions or guidance.
  • Provide timely updates to customers on outstanding issues in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver professional and customer-focused service at all times.
  • Accurately document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in the system.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant support teams when necessary.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and processes.
  • Support continuous service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline, or
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience in a technical or non-technical call center environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving abilities and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Comfortable working within a team-based environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency and good typing skills.
  • Able to work scheduled shifts within operational hours.
Working Hours & Location
  • Working Hours:

    Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM 6:00 PM (excluding Public Holidays)
