We are looking for a Customer Service Representative - Travel to support clients throughout their vacation planning and booking process. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for travelers-answering questions, handling updates, providing information, and ensuring each client enjoys a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms in a timely, professional manner.
  • Assist clients with travel planning, booking changes, cancellations, and special accommodation requests.
  • Provide accurate and current information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and agency procedures.
  • Maintain organized client records and ensure smooth communication throughout the booking process.
  • Follow up with clients prior to travel and after their trip to confirm details and gather feedback.
  • Resolve concerns with empathy, patience, and effective problem-solving.
