SUMMARY
The role focuses on providing outstanding customer service in the personal lines insurance sector. As a Bilingual Japanese Insurance Customer Service representative, you'll assist clients with inquiries about health, life, auto, and personal insurance products. While prior insurance experience is not required, a strong background in customer service is essential. Comprehensive training and career development will be provided. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal insurance inquiries, including health, life, and auto insurance
• Manage policy renewals, cancellations, and service requests via email and phone
• Provide exceptional customer service with cultural sensitivity to Japanese-speaking clients
• Support documentation, account management, and general administrative tasks
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure the smooth processing of insurance policies
• Work in a hybrid setup, with remote work options considered
• Continuously learn about personal insurance products and industry trends

Qualifications

• Native-Level Fluency in Japanese (both written and verbal)
• Strong background in customer service (experience in customer-facing roles required)
• Experience in administrative roles or retail is preferred
• Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage and organize client records accurately
• A customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn about the insurance industry
• Long-term commitment and interest in career growth
• Willingness to obtain an insurance license in the future (training provided)
