This is a blended support role, which means you’ll assist customers through a mix of email, live chat, and phone support depending on client needs. If you’re confident communicating across channels and enjoy helping customers while contributing to sales growth, this role offers the best of both worlds.
What You’ll Be Doing Customer Experience- Respond to customer inquiries across email, chat, and phone in a professional and solutions-focused manner.
- Resolve order, product, and account concerns with accuracy and empathy.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
- Represent the brand with clarity, confidence, and consistency.
- Identify opportunities to recommend relevant products, upgrades, or add-ons.
- Educate customers on product value and available promotions.
- Contribute to retention efforts by strengthening long-term customer relationships.
- Support revenue targets through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support, sales support, or e-commerce assistance.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable handling both chat/email and phone conversations.
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk tools such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with performance metrics.
- Familiarity with online stores, order management systems, or digital retail operations.
